St. Joseph, MO –  Central High School Athletics is accepting votes from Alumni, Family and Friends for the Central Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2018.  Induction Ceremony will be on February 15, 2019, at the varsity basketball game vs Staley.

The Hall of Fame was created to recognize and honor outstanding individuals or teams who have accomplished and distinguished him/herself/themselves through extraordinary athletic achievements and contributions that command respect and admiration for both themselves and Central High School. A complete list of the Hall of Fame inductees can be found on the Central Indians Athletics website at gocentralindians.com under the Hall of Fame tab.

Athletes must be a graduate of Central High School and do not qualify for consideration until ten (10) years after graduation. Coaches, administrators and any other school personnel qualify if they worked for Central High School for at least ten (10) years. Members of the community who have made significant contributions to Central High School athletic programs may also be nominated.

Members of the Selection Committee are proud to recognize and honor outstanding individuals/teams who have accomplished and distinguished themselves through extraordinary athletic achievements and contributions that command respect and admiration for themselves and Central High School. The committee’s primary duty is to recognize and honor individuals selected for induction to the Hall of Fame.

Individuals or groups wishing to make a contribution/donation to the CHS Athletic Hall of Fame my send their donations to the Athletics Department at Central High School and mark it “Athletic Hall of Fame.”  Checks may be made out to Central Athletics, memo: Hall of Fame
